Lyndsey Duncan-Loose is an experienced Estate Planning and Probate attorney who specializes in simple and complex estates, including Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, and Probate Administration. She is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. She traveled to the Windy City for college, earning her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Loyola University Chicago. Motivated by her commitment to the pursuit of justice she continued on to The John Marshall Law School Chicago, now known as UIC Law, where she achieved her Juris Doctor in 2016.
After graduating, Lyndsey moved to Tucson, Arizona, to pursue her legal career. She worked as a legal intern at the Pima County Attorney's Office, focusing on criminal law. Her skill and commitment quickly led to a prosecutor position, where she handled a diverse array of cases, from felony drug and property crimes to violent offenses. Throughout her time there, she successfully led more than 15 jury trials, along with over 50 bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and settlement conferences, earning a reputation as a highly experienced courtroom advocate.
In 2019, Lyndsey began a new chapter in her career, achieving a long-held dream of joining the prestigious Pima County Sheriff's Department. She completed the rigorous training at the Basic Law Enforcement Training Academy and graduated as a Deputy Sheriff, later demonstrating exceptional performance during her Field Training.
In 2020, Lyndsey's life took a significant turn when she became a mother and transitioned into the role of a dedicated stay-at-home mom. Despite this, her passion for the law never wavered. In January 2021 she reignited her legal career, this time focusing on Estate Planning. This provided her the opportunity to advocate for clients in a meaningful way while building strong connections with individuals from all walks of life.
In 2024, Lyndsey joined Legacy Law Arizona as of Counsel, with a commitment to deepen her expertise in Estate Planning and assist seniors in navigating the later stages of life with confidence and peace of mind. She dedicates herself to building personal relationships with each client, ensuring trust and connection are at the heart of every interaction.
